Whatever we do, we’re all in
CLAIRE MAZZEO-GNAU
Claire is no ordinary marketing scientist; she is almost clairvoyant in her interpretation of human behavior. Her passion for research, coupled with her curiosity for what drives targets’ behavior, stretches back to her early high school days. Claire attended the University of Dayton, honing her expertise in marketing with a Bachelor of Science. Her unparalleled drive for mining insights led her to the University of Wisconsin–Madison in pursuit of her Master of Science in market research. This highly valued expertise is the reason our clients confide in Claire to gain valuable target insights to drive business ideas.
Claire’s experience as an insights professional is backed by over 20 years of experience in developing strategic marketing tactics based in data, first for Kraft Foods and later her own firm where she consulted for a wide variety of industries. Claire’s pursuit to help clients identify and drive target-centric connections derived from data led her right to Hiebing, where she oversees a department of analysts and project managers adept at fielding qualitative and quantitative research on any scale.
When Claire isn’t hard at work digging into consumer insights, she enjoys traveling with her family and giving back to the Madison community. She serves on the board of directors for the Madison Area Chapter of the National Charity League (NCL), where she and her four daughters volunteer their time to local organizations such as the Ronald McDonald House, Henry Vilas Zoo, Gilda’s Club and Second Harvest Food Bank.
Two Truths and a Lie:
- My uncle and grandfather have a patent for the StepNPull (the little foot thing installed on bathroom doors so you don’t have to touch the handle after washing your hands).
- I don’t understand anything at all about the game of chess or the game of football.
- I was obsessed with dinosaurs when I was a teenager.
